Radiesse is a safe and effective dermal filler that corrects nasolabial folds, wrinkles and skin depressions around the nose, mouth and cheeks. Radiesse is a minimally invasive procedure that injects calcium based microfibers into the skin which will restore its youth and vitality.

During the treatment small calcium based microspheres (synthetic calcium hydroxylapatite CaHA) are injected into the skin in order to support the production of the patients collagen. However, over time the calcium based microspheres are broken down naturally and absorbed into the patients body. A local anaesthetic is usually applied to the treatment area. Radiesse will rebuild the skins foundation and restore a youthful look.

Some patients may experience mild irritation, swelling, itching, brusing and tenderness which are associated with injections.
